Days One Through Three: Preparation
Payment cleared, we take 2-3 business days to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. Weekend and U.S. holiday orders roll to the next business day, and a dispatch email confirms the departure.
The Road to Your Door
Delivery normally takes 20-45 days from dispatch, moving with destination and carrier pace. Orders across the United States and the United Kingdom usually arrive inside that span. If seasonal crowding stretches it, we will keep you posted.

- $30.00 or more: shipping costs you nothing;
- Under $30.00: a flat fee, shown at checkout before you commit.
No Tax, No Duty — Ever
Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties are strangers to qelvaxori customers — we absorb them all. The checkout figure is the final one, to the last cent.

The tracking number comes to life at the carrier's first scan. Email with your order number, and we will send the number, the carrier's link, and updates whenever you ask.

Stalled mid-route, or the carrier calls it lost? Write to — verification done, we reship free of charge or refund in full. A lost parcel never becomes lost money here.
The Address, Read Twice
Please read your delivery address carefully before paying. Parcels aimed at a mistyped address sit outside our responsibility; should one circle back, we reship the moment you confirm the correct details.
Why One Order May Bring Two Boxes
Larger orders may split into several parcels across different days, always without extra charge. Every box carries its own tracking number — ask and we will share it.
