Every qelvaxori order comes with an escape hatch: free 30-day returns and a refund that actually arrives. This page explains the whole mechanism.
What We Promise in Brief
- 30 calendar days from delivery to return, entirely free;
- Return postage and restocking fees: they don't exist here;
- Refunds arrive in 3-7 business days;
- Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties: charged to our tab, never yours.
Thirty Days, Starting at Your Door
The window opens on the delivery date and lasts 30 calendar days. Any request inside it brings the item back at zero cost to you.
The Green Light List
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed items;
- Original packaging with tags and every accessory intact;
- An order number or another proof of purchase at hand.
The Red Light List
- Gift cards;
- Goods sold as "Final Sale" or "Clearance";
- Custom-made or personalized products;
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery.
Returning Takes Four Moves
- Make the first move. Email with your order number and reason.
- Let us confirm. Within 24-48 hours we verify eligibility and reply with prepaid return instructions and a label.
- Pass it to the carrier. Pack the item securely first.
- Consider it running. The refund starts at the carrier's first scan — warehouse arrival is irrelevant to your money.
Don't Send Ahead
Ship nothing before our reply arrives. Parcels sent unarranged cannot be matched to an order and may lose their refund.

Approved refunds return to your original payment method, normally within 3-7 business days; certain banks post a little later.
Taxes: Our Tab
Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties — on orders, returns, or refunds — never reach qelvaxori customers. We carry every one.
A Credit That's Late?
Seven business days gone, nothing showing yet?
- Recheck your bank or card statement;
- Ask your bank whether the credit is pending;
- Email and we will begin the trace.
More Doors Than One
Different Size, Same Style
Order the replacement fresh and return the original — quickest — or request a direct exchange, arranged free once your return is approved.
Not What Arrived
Damaged, faulty, or plainly wrong? Photo plus order number within 7 days of delivery, then your pick: free replacement or full refund. Usually nothing needs to travel back.
Cancel While It Waits
Cancel any time before the carrier collects for a complete refund. After dispatch, the 30-day return above takes over.
